Each .cha header consists of 64 bytes. They are little endian shorts.
It is worth noting that these values refer to the files stored within the .cha files, not the .cha files themselves.

Red bytes are volatile, purple bytes are unknown, and grey bytes are unused.
These values represent the 16 byte separators that separate the individual sprite data within the files.
Much like the header bytes, these are similarly in little endian format.
